Ingredients:
1 bag KEEN Apple Cinnamon Mix
½ cup cookie butter
½ cup applesauce
3 tbsp honey
1/3 cup caramel baking chips
(additional 1/3 cup of caramel baking chips for melting drizzle on top)
Tools:
Cookie scoop
Silicone heart mould
Directions:
1. Pour entire bag of mix into large bowl
2. Add cookie butter, applesauce, honey, and caramel chips
3. Mix well with spoon or spatula
4. Using a cookie scoop, 1 scoop into each mould cavity and smooth down with a small spoon
5. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
6. Remove from mould and drizzle with remaining caramel baking chips
7. Refrigerate leftovers (<4*C) in airtight container. Consume within 2 weeks. These can also be frozen to be enjoyed later!
