Ingredients
1 bag KEEN Coconut Cocoa Mix
½ cup almond butter
⅓ cup yogurt
3 tablespoon honey
½ cup sliced almonds
1 cup shredded coconut
Directions
1. Pour the entire bag of mix into a medium bowl.
2. Add almond butter, yogurt, honey and almonds.
3. Mix well with a spoon or fork, or mix well with clean hands.
4. Divide into 20 pieces and roll mixture between your hands to form balls.
5. Roll balls in shredded coconut.
6. To achieve best snacking experience, chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Leftovers must be refrigerated (≤ 4°C) in airtight container. Consume within 2 weeks. Can also be frozen and saved for later.
