Ingredients
• 1 cup white sugar
• ¼ cup butter
• ¼ cup milk
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• A pinch of salt
• 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
• 1 cup KEEN Coconut Cocoa Mix
• ½ cup peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, bring butter, sugar, milk, cocoa and salt to a full rolling boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat
2. Add quick oats, KEEN Coconut Cocoa Mix, and vanilla. Mix well
3. Working quickly, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool
