Ingredients - per jar
• 1/3 cup KEEN Apple Cinnamon Mix
• 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1/3 cup dairy or dairy alternative
TOPPINGS - Fresh berries, nuts, coconut, raisins, chocolate chips, bananas, almond butter, yogurt. You can substitute with your favourite toppings!
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the toppings in a small container or mason jar (250 ml jar)
2. Cover the container/jar and shake to incorporate all ingredients, and place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours)
3. Bring out of the fridge in the morning and stir it. You may notice that the mixture has soaked up a lot of the liquid so you may want to add a little more dairy of choice before serving.
4. Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy.
