Ingredients
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 4 Tbsp milk
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 bag KEEN Oat Chocolate Chip Mix
• ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
1.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, melt together butter and brown sugar in the microwave (roughly one minute). Whisk together and then add the milk and vanilla.
3. Once the wet ingredients are combined, add in the KEEN Oat Chocolate Chip Mix and salt, stirring just until incorporated (may need to add an extra tablespoon of milk here, depending on consistency). Once the dough has formed, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, measure 2 tablespoons of dough into your hand. Roll into a ball, then place on a lined baking tray, and press down with fingers into a ½ inch thick disc.
5. Repeat the process until you’ve used all the dough. Top with additional chips if desired.
6. Allow to set in the refrigerator for a minimum of 20-30 minutes.
7. These can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
