1 package of KEEN (Oat Chocolate Chip or Coconut Cocoa or Apple Cinnamon)
½ cup of peanut or nut butter
⅓ cup of greek yogurt or low fat milk or nut
milk or applesauce
3 tbsp of honey or maple syrup or agave
½ cup of matcha powder
½ cup of dehydrated raspberry powder
½ cup of chopped pistachios
½ cup of shredded coconut
½ cup of sesame seeds
Assemble protein balls according to the package instructions while using your choice of peanut butter, liquid, and sweetener.
Place your various toppings in bowls. Divide your balls into 4s and roll 1 ball into the topping until completely coated and set aside. Repeat for remaining balls per topping. You will end up with 4 balls per topping.
Enjoy immediately or store in airtight containers and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Tip: Have fun with your favourite toppings and flavour combinations. You can use any type of chopped nuts, seeds, mini chocolate chips, cocoa powder, powdered fruit, or dried berries.
