Ingredients:
1 bag KEEN Apple Cinnamon mix
½ cup almond butter
⅓ cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoon honey
½ cup raisins
Coating:
2 cups each blue, white, chocolate candy melts
Decorations:
edible gold leaf
blue and white sprinkles
mini muffin liners
Instructions:
1. Pour the entire bag of mix into a medium bowl
2. Add almond butter, yogurt, honey, and raisins
3. Mix well with a spoon or fork, or mix well with clean hands
4. Divide into 20 pieces and roll mixture between your hands to form balls
5. To achieve best snacking experience, chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Leftovers must be refrigerated (≤ 4°C) in airtight container. Consume within 2 weeks. Can also be frozen and saved for later.
Decorating:
1. Melt candy melts in bowl over hot water or microwave – each colour in separate bowls
2. Using spoons, gently coat balls by dipping and rolling balls in candy melt
3. Place coated ball in mini muffin liner and decorate with sprinkles or edible gold leaf
