KEEN Holiday Bite Pops

Ingredients:
1 bag KEEN Oat Chocolate Chip mix  
½ cup almond butter  
⅓ cup Greek yogurt  
3 tablespoon honey    
½ cup chopped almonds

Coating:
2 cups each red, white, green and chocolate candy melts

Decorations:
sprinkles (red, green, white combination) 
½ cup green candy melts to decorate " trees"

Materials:
8 paper straws (cookie or cake pop sticks)  
mini muffin liners

Instructions:
1. Pour the entire bag of mix into a medium bowl

2. Add almond butter, yogurt, honey and chopped almonds

3. Mix well with a spoon or fork, or mix well with clean hands

4. Divide into 20 pieces and roll mixture between your hands to form balls

5. To achieve best snacking experience, chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Leftovers must be refrigerated (≤ 4°C) in airtight container. Consume within 2 weeks. Can also be frozen and saved for later.

Decorating:
1. Melt green candy melts in bowl over hot water or microwave

2. Pre-dip paper straw with candy melt and pierce ball

3. Gently coat balls by dipping and rolling balls in candy melt

4. Place coated ball in mini muffin liner and decorate with sprinkles

5. Alternatively let coated balls dry standing up and decorate with additional candy melt in piping bag with your choice of patterns
