Ingredients:
1 bag KEEN Oat Chocolate Chip mix
½ cup Almond Flour
¼ cup Almond Butter softened (peanut butter or cashew butter)
¼ cup Maple Syrup
¼ cup milk or non-dairy milk (more as needed)
1 teaspoon vanilla
⅓ cup mini Chocolate Chips
Optional:
½ cup mini Chocolate Chips (to melt)
Directions:
1. Whisk together almond flour and KEEN Oat Chocolate Chip mix
2. Add all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips to a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine. If mixture is to wet add a bit more almond flout. If too dry, add an additional tablespoon of milk at a time.
3. Gently stir in the chocolate chips
4. Use cookie scoop to divide and shape cookie dough
5. You can also roll into balls to enjoy on the go
6. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to enjoy later
7. Optional: melt chocolate chips to a smooth consistency. Dip cookie dough scoops in chocolate, or drizzle chocolate from the tip of a spoon
