These snack-sized “donuts” are perfect for satisfying your after-dinner sweet tooth or for a midday pick-me-up energy boost!

Ingredients
1 pkg (255 g) Keen No Bake Energy Bite Mix Apple Cinnamon
125 mL (½ cup) almond butter
75 mL (1/3 cup) plain Greek yogurt
45 mL (3 tbsp) apple cider
60 mL (¼ cup) dark chocolate, melted (optional)
Directions
1. Lightly grease 12 wells of mini donut pan.
2. In medium bowl, stir together Keen No Bake Energy Bite Mix Apple Cinnamon, almond butter, yogurt and apple cider.
3. Divide mixture into 12 even balls, and roll into 12 cm (5-inch) logs, each approximately 1 cm (½-inch) thick. Press into prepared donut wells.
4. Drizzle donuts evenly with melted chocolate, if using. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or until chocolate has set and donuts have firmed up.
Tip: For a sweet and savoury finish, sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt over chocolate drizzles before refrigerating, if desired.
