Ingredients
• 1 bag KEEN Oat Chocolate Chip Mix
• ½ cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
• 3 tablespoons maple syrup
• ½ cup Raspberry jam (or your jam of preference)
• Melted peanut butter for drizzling (1/3 cup)
Directions
1. Add KEEN Oat Chocolate Chip Mix, peanut butter, Greek yogurt and maple syrup to a large bowl and combine thoroughly
2. With a medium cookie scoop, scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
3. Using a small spoon hollow out hole in center of the cookies
4. Add raspberry jam to center filling the holes.
5. Microwave in 15 second increments 1/3 cup peanut butter until runny
6. Drizzle over cookies using a spoon
