INGREDIENTS: Gluten-free oats, Whey protein concentrate (milk), Ground flaxseed, Almonds, Dried apple**, Cinnamon, Sea salt, Lemon powder, Stevia extract, Natural flavour.

1. Pour the entire bag of mix into a medium bowl.

2. Add the additional ingredients to the bowl.

3. Mix well with a spoon or fork, or mix well with clean hands.

4. Divide into 20 pieces and roll mixture between your hands to form balls.

5. To achieve best snacking experience, chill in refrigerator
for at least 30 minutes. Leftovers must be refrigerated (≤ 4°C)
in airtight container. Consume within 2 weeks. Can also be frozen and saved for later.

Peanut Butter, 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt, & 3 Tbsp Honey

Sweeter Recipe
1/2 Cup
Peanut or Nut Butter, 1/3 Cup Liquid (Yogurt, Milk, Applesauce), & 1/4 Cup Sweetener (Honey, Maple Syrup, Agave)

Less Sweet Recipe
1/2 Cup
Peanut or Nut Butter & 1/3 Cup + 1 Tbsp Liquid (Yogurt, Milk, Applesauce)
